SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC VOTE USING ID-BASED BLIND SIGNATURE WITHOUT CERTIFICATE OF THIRD CERTIFICATION AUTHORITY

PURPOSE: A system and a method for electronic vote using an ID-based blind signature without a certificate of the third certification authority are provided to improve performance of overall electronic vote system by simply performing the electronic vote without needing the certificate from the third certification authority. CONSTITUTION: A certification authority server(20) inserts the signature into an electronic vote sheet with a voter certification in a state that contents of the received electronic vote sheet are unknown by an ID-based blind signature method and transmits it to a voter terminal(10). A collection server(30) verifies vote by collecting the electronic vote sheet containing the signature during a vote time. The voter terminal transmits the vote sheet blinding/encrypting vote contents by using the ID-based blind signature to the certification authority server. If the vote sheet containing the signal is received from the certification authority server, the voter terminal encrypts/transmits the vote sheet to the collection server without blinding the vote sheet.
