PURPOSE: An organic EL(Electroluminescent) panel driving circuit and an organic EL display device using the same are provided to reduce luminous variation of an organic EL display panel by using A plurality of D/A conversion circuits composed of a current mirror. CONSTITUTION: According to the organic EL panel driving circuit formed with an IC to drive an organic EL device with a current through a port pin of the organic EL display panel, a plurality of pads(2) are installed in correspondence to the port pin. A plurality of D/A conversion circuits comprise a current mirror circuit constituted with a unit transistor, and are installed in correspondence to each pad, and generate an analog current in correspondence to luminance display data of the organic EL device. A plurality of transistor blocks(3) have rectangular region. The unit transistor of the D/A conversion circuit is selected from unit transistors of the transistor block.
