PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind device which is simple, inexpensive and general, and allows slats to be intuitively oriented to suit human engineering. SOLUTION: The motor-equipped blind (4) device (1) having direction-adjustable slats (5) has a command transmitter (2) having a first control operation section (2a) and a second control operation section (2b), and a command receiver (6) mounted to the blind with a motor. This device has an interpretation means to discriminate the command for moving the slats in parallel from the command for orientating the slats based on the action to be carried out by the two control operation sections. The second control operation section (2b) has an element (14) movable in two opposite directions along substantially and exactly the same first direction.
