PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film cutting device which is made compact, sharply reduced in weight and also remarkably reduced in cost. SOLUTION: This device is provided with: an upper roller and lower roller with ruggedness constituted of curved crests on the surfaces; an upper housing rotatably journaled with the upper roller; a lower housing rotatably journaled with the lower roller; a rotary cutter for cutting the multifilm at a point of time when the multifilm is drawn up to a prescribed length by assembling the upper housing and lower housing with a fixed space so that the multifilm may pass, by rotating the upper roller and/or the lower roller at prescribed speed by a driving motor and feeding the multifilm from the housings; and an auxiliary roller for holding tension of the multifilm by abutting on this side of a film advancing direction of the upper roller and/or the lower roller.
