<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DPDT switch circuit apparatus employing one control terminal without providing a logic circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A gate electrode of an FET 1 (4) is connected to the control terminal CTL respectively via a resistor Ra (Rh), a drain electrode of an FET 2 (3) is connected to the control terminal CTL respectively via a resistor Rd (Re), and the single control terminal controls the four FETs.
