PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin holder which holds the necessary number of coins, even when it becomes simple in structure and small in diameter. SOLUTION: A can with a coin holder is provided with the coin holder 3, which closes an aperture by removably fitting to one end of a can body 2 whose one end has the aperture. The coin holder 3 is provided with a top plate 6, which can close the aperture and a support leg 7 which extends downward from the periphery of the top plate 6 and removably fits to one end of the can body 2. A plurality of spaces, each of which can store a single coin 4, are arranged along the inner surface 12 of the top plate 6, while the spaces are partially overlapped in the direction of thickness of the spaces for the coins.
