PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visible light/infrared light photographing lens system in which light beams from an object to be photographed are made incident on a photographing lens, pass through a focus lens and are separated into light beams from the object in a visible light region and light beams from the object in an infrared light region by a color separating prism or the like, the respective light beams from the object to be photographed are photographed by a visible light photographing element and an infrared photographing element and photographing of the visible light beams and the infrared light beams is simultaneously conducted by focusing onto the object to be photographed located at the same distance by adjusting the image forming position of the object in the infrared light region using a correction lens. SOLUTION: A photographing lens 10 is provided with a focus lens FL, a zoom lens ZL and a color separating prism P. Light beams from the object to be photographed in the visible light region permeate the color separating prism P, and pass a diaphragm IA and a relay lens RLA and are made incident on a visible light photographing element DA. Light beams from the object in the infrared light region are reflected by the color separating prism P, pass a diaphragm IB and a relay lens RLB that includes a correction lens CL and are made incident on an infrared light photographing element DB.
