PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive valve for a steam trap attachable without lowering attachability even with a large plate thickness, and without requiring strict work tolerance. SOLUTION: This thermo-sensitive valve is provided with a thermo-sensitive element 2 comprising a thermal expansion body 24 to receive heat from primary side fluid and a valve element 25 driven by the thermal expansion body 24 provided in a case 20 to open/close one of communication ports toward the primary side of a trap chamber C. The case 20 of the thermo-sensitive element 2 has a plurality of leg pieces 26 disposed at an interval along the circumference, with the leg pieces 26 bent diametrically inward to form bent parts 26a. The bent parts 26a are axially engaged with the outer circumference of a mounting part 32 provided on a valve seat member 3. An engagement groove 33 is formed in the mounting part 32, and the bent parts 26a are held on the mounting part 32 by a stopper member 4 diametrically inserted into the engagement groove 33 to be engaged with it.
