PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hardening of cement containing water though coagulation of the cement is allowed and to take out aggregate from excess green concrete for recycling. SOLUTION: A prescribed quantity of anhydrous citric acid (≥6 g anhydrous citric acid per 1 kg cement) is charged into the cement containing water to prevent the hardening of the cement.
