PURPOSE: An acupressure unit is provided which is capable of exerting acupressure and massaging effects using simple vibration of acupressure members repeatedly rotating in a seesaw fashion without external power supply. CONSTITUTION: The acupressure unit(200) comprises: cases(201a,201b) each having an opening formed on one surface thereof; a motor installed within the cases(201a,201b) and connected to a power source; a rotary acupressure member(240) hinged to the openings of the respective cases(201a,201b) so as to be capable of moving in a seesaw fashion and having acupressure protrusions(241) at either side; and cam devices(220,230) connected between a driving shaft(211) of the motor and the rotary acupressure member(240) and permitting the rotary acupressure member(240) to rotatably elevate in a seesaw fashion by a rotational force of the motor.
