PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical disk by which a warpage caused by the amount of a surface wobbling of a substrate can be suppressed. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the optical disk, a recording layer or pits are formed on the sticking surface of at least a first substrate, and a second substrate is stuck onto the sticking surface of the first substrate. The method is characterised in that waveforms showing the relationship between the quantity of the surface wobbling and angle are measured for each of the first and the second substrates, and the first and the second substrates are stuck to each other so that the individual waveforms are made coincident with each other.
