PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery cell unit for a battery pack and the battery pack, as well as a manufacturing method of the same, correcting the fluctuation of voltage. SOLUTION: A parallel circuit, connecting a series circuit of a coil 12 and a switch with a battery cell in parallel, is covered with an outer package body, on the surface 11 of which the coil 12 is fitted, and the parallel circuit is connected to an electrode terminal 13 protruded from the outer package body to constitute the battery cell unit for the battery pack. A plurality of the battery cell units are arranged with intervals, and at the same time, each battery cell unit is connected in series by the electrode terminals 13, and potential difference between each battery cell unit is corrected by opening and closing the switch.
