PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to transmit later from a call center side to a customer whom the operator has given a service once by any information transmitting medium, and to enable the same operator to easily give the service to the customer. SOLUTION: A database managing device 40 stores re-transmission request information including at least information to identify the customer and information to identify the operator who has given the service to the pertinent customer in order to make the operator perform re-transmission later, and to give the service to the pertinent customer. A CTI controller 33 is integrated into a predictive transmitting job, and when re-transmitting from the call center side on the basis of the transmitted re-transmission request information, the CTI controller 33 connects re-transmission to the operator who has given the service to the pertinent customer identified on the basis of the re-transmission request information.
