摘要 PURPOSE: A method and device for manufacturing ring or tube type metal matrix composite materials are provided to penetrate a base metal into a reinforcing material to manufacture the metal matrix composite materials by rotating high-freqency induction heating and reaction vessel at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A reaction vessel(3) is ring or tube type. A reinforcing material(50) and a base metal(70) are filled in the reaction vessel. The reaction vessel is rotated at high speed, while it is heated in the existence of a reaction gas. The base metal is penetrated into the reinforcing material. The penetration of the base metal into the reinforcing material is performed by the centrifugal force and the capillary phenomenon.
