<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delicately control a light source for a lamp without complicating the formation of a light quantity stabilizing circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This light quantity stabilizing light source device is provided with the lamp, the light source for the lamp, the light quantity stabilizing circuit to adjust a quantity of electrical energy supplied to the lamp from the light source for the lamp, and optical fiber for monitoring. The light quantity stabilizing circuit has a light intercepting circuit 6 to output an analogue electrical signal corresponding to an quantity of intercepted light by intercepting light emitted from the optical fiber for monitoring, a controlled light input part 11 and a D/A converter 8 to output an electrical signal corresponding to a set value regarding a quantity of monitoring light emitted from the optical fiber for monitoring, and an analogue type comparison circuit 7 to output an comparison signal based on comparison of the analogue electrical signal output from the light intercepting circuit 6 with the electrical signal output form the D/A converter 8, and the analogue type comparison circuit 7 controls the light source for the lamp based on the comparison signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
