PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothesline implement which is easy to use and excellent in ventilation. SOLUTION: In this clothesline implement, a pair of right and left legs 1 obtained by pivotally fitting two leg rods 11 and 12 crossing in the shape of X with a turning joint 4 are provided opposing each other, and horizontal cross pieces 2 for drying clothes are disposed between the upper end parts of the respective leg rods 11 and 12 of the pair of legs 1. A horizontal rod 3 which becomes parallel to the horizontal crosspieces 2 and as tall as them when erecting the clothesline implement by opening the legs 1 is arranged at proper intervals from the horizontal crosspieces 2 to make air flow smoothly through laundry articles to accelerate drying.
