METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EFFICIENTLY MANUFACTURING CHARCOAL USING SLUDGE THROUGH STORING, QUANTITATIVE DISCHARGING, DRYING, THROWING, CARBONIZING AND CHARCOAL FORMING STEPS

PURPOSE: To provide a method and apparatus for effectively manufacturing sludge into charcoal within a short time through the minimum number of operation processes, smoothly supplying material processed according to manufacture and recycling dry distilled gas discharged from a continuous dry distillation type carbonization machine in a high speed hot blast dryer. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing charcoal using sludge comprises a storage hopper(10) for storing collected sludge and discharging it by a transfer screw(12); a quantitative discharging hopper(20) for discharging the stored sludge in a fixed quantity by a quantitative transfer screw(22) after storing the sludge supplied through a transfer means(T); a high speed hot blast dryer(30) for drying the fixed quantity of sludge supplied through a transfer means(T) in a rotary drum into which hot blast is supplied at high speed; a quantitative dried material discharger(40) for discharging a fixed quantity of the dried material by a quantitative transfer screw(42) after storing the dried material supplied through a transfer means(T); a dry distillation type carbonization machine(50) for carbonizing the fixed quantity of dried material supplied through a transfer means(T) by dry distillation; and a charcoal former(60) for forming the carbonized carbide supplied by a transfer means(T) into charcoal.
