<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically functional film exhibiting superior dispersibility for translucent fine particles in a translucent particle containing layer (an optical functional layer) and having superior adhesiveness of a resin layer. <P>SOLUTION: The optical functional film is provided with at least one layer of an optical functional layer in which at least translucent fine particles are dispersed in binder resin on a transparent substrate.
