<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video conference system which individuals of slender means can readily utilize by considerably taking a monetary load off users, the monetary load having conventionally been a barrier to system introduction, and which brings enterprises making efforts to reduce the expenses for business trips a handsome profit. <P>SOLUTION: In a communication service operating system wherein a server 100 for providing an ASP service and a plurality of video conference terminals 21, 22 for receiving provision of the ASP service are interconnected by the Internet 11, the server 100 transmits software required for possessors of the video conference terminals 21, 22 to receive a video phone service and a video conference service to the video conference terminals 21, 22 when providing the services. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
