NEW GAMMA-CRYSTALLINE FORM OF PERINDOPRIL TERT-BUTYLAMINE SALT AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new gamma-crystal form of perindopril tert-butylamine salt inhibiting angiotensin I converting enzyme and inhibits degradation of inactive bradykinin, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the same.

SOLUTION: Procurement of highly pure perindopril tert-butylamine salt, and potential to synthesize it by means of a process that can readily be converted to the industrial scale, especially in a form that allows rapid filtration and drying are important. The gamma-crystal form of perindopril tert-butylamine salt suitable for the object expressed by formula 1 characterized by powder X-ray diffraction data is provided.
