PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission system for highly accurately receiving a transmitted signal.

SOLUTION: The transmission system includes: a periodic clock output section for outputting a period clock with a predetermined period; a transmission section for transmitting a transmission signal synchronously with the period clock; and the reception section for receiving the transmission signal. The reception section includes: a data synchronizing clock generating section for generating a data synchronizing clock synchronously with a change in a value of extracted data on the basis of the extracted data from the transmission signal; a period phase difference detection section for detecting a period phase difference being a phase difference between the period clock and the data synchronizing clock; a phase change clock generating section for generating a phase change clock resulting from changing the phase of the period clock so that a change phase difference being the phase difference between the phase change clock and the data synchronizing clock is a predetermined difference; and a data extract section for receiving the transmission signal synchronously with the phase change clock to extract extracted data from the transmission signal and to supply the data to the data synchronizing clock generating section.
