PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable compositing images picked up by an image input device at an arbitrary time and an arbitrary place, and providing a user an environment where images are composited in a mobile environment. SOLUTION: An image compositing server has a means capable of synthesizing images from a plurality of divided images, and the divided images are transmitted to the server from a device which can input an image (static image or moving image) and is provided with a communication function via a communication network.
