PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system which can eliminate the deviations of voices and videos or the like caused by the difference of delay times peculiar to individual electronic equipment even when a user arbitrarily constructs it, its electronic equipment, a voice reproducing system, a data transmission/reception method, and a voice reproducing method. SOLUTION: Delay time information of each equipment is inputted to the equipment 10R set as an IRM (Isochronous Resource Manager). The equipment 10R manages the maximum delay time as the maximum delay time information on the basis of the inputted delay time information. The maximum delay time information managed by the equipment 10R is informed to its reproducing equipment, for example, during the stream distribution of the voice data. The equipment 20a, 20b, and 20c delay the voice data so as to eliminate a differential time after comparing the informed maximum delay time information with self delay time information.
