PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying tile, a laying tile floor formed by laying the tile, and its laying method, capable of taking a measure against a leakage, without generating a recess-projection on a surface, when using a thin power cable, without using a hard metallic upper surface protecting sheet for protecting the power cable. SOLUTION: This laying tile 1 has a tile body 2 composed of plastic, a conductive member 3 arranged on a first surface being one side surface of the tile body 2, and a tile cover 4 arranged on a second surface opposed to the first surface, and having a peripheral part tucked in on the first surface side and adhered to a peripheral part of the conductive member 2.
