PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-activating apparatus capable of heat-activating a heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet if necessary. SOLUTION: A drawing-in roller 20 for drawing and carrying the heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive sheet A inserted from an inserting opening 1, a cutter unit 110 for cutting the sheet A into a specified length, a heat-activating unit 40 for heat-activating the heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the carried sheet A, and a discharging roller 50 for discharging the sheet A whose heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is heat-activated from a discharging opening 2, are provided in a case 3.
