PURPOSE: Provided is a tire tread rubber composition for a passenger car which is remarkably improved in breaking property at a low temperature or on a snowy surface without the deterioration of high performance. CONSTITUTION: The tire tread rubber composition comprises 15-30 parts by weight of a natural rubber; 20-40 parts by weight of a solution polymerization styrene-butadiene rubber containing 23 % of styrene and having a glass transition temperature of -50 deg. C or more and where 37.5 % of an oil is extended; and 15-30 parts by weight of a polybutadiene rubber whose cis content is 90 % or more; and 40-50 parts by weight of carbon black and 30-40 parts by weight of silica based on 100 parts by weight of the three rubber components.
