PURPOSE: A Q/A(Question/Answer) bulletin board of a web site to transmit both-way SMS(Short Message Service), and a system and a method for operating the same are provided to collect many members by offering trust to users using the web site, as the users receive an answer from an operator server in real-time through the SMS without connecting to the web site. CONSTITUTION: A manager page(211) includes a control box(212), an I/O(Input/Output) page(213) for deleting/modifying/registering bulletins, and a list(214) displaying client information. The control box fixes mobile phone numbers in case of multiple operators, prohibits the SMS reception in the case that the operator is connected to the web site, and selects a reception mode in the case that the operator is absent. A client page(220) includes a list page(221), an input window(222), a general information window(224), and an operator absent displaying window(225). A search window(227) enables the operator to search a question for the answer transmitted through the SMS. An SMS transmitting window(226) transmits the question for the bulletin, the answer, and an ID of a bulletin list to the operator. |
