<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for separating a metal part of an optical disk which can separate the metal part from the optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The device for separating the metal part of the optical disk is provided with a disk holding means 5, which holds the optical disk B having a substrate made of a resin and the metal part constituting a reflection film or the like in an erecting state, a treatment chamber 1, in which the disk holding means 5 in a state of holding the optical disk B is stored, a first microwave irradiating means 21, in which the optical disk stored in the treatment chamber 1 is irradiated with the microwave and which can melt the metal part of the optical disk, and a low oxygen maintaining means 3 which can maintain the atmosphere in the treatment chamber in a low oxygen state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
