VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle management system which properly provides information for maintenance of a part to a user who owns an automobile.

SOLUTION: This vehicle management system 10 comprises: a part information master 3b for storing information for maintenance of vehicle parts; a user information master 3a for storing the maintenance history of a user vehicle in association with user identification information; a user terminal 4 for accepting a maintenance state management card 5 storing the user identification information and performing a predetermined processing; and a determination part 2b for determining whether the maintenance state of the user vehicle corresponding to the user identification information stored in the accepted maintenance state management card 5 has a predetermined condition. The information for maintenance of a vehicle part which is determined to have the predetermined condition is displayed on a display constituting the user terminal 4.
