PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching control system whereby another mobile terminal can receive an incoming call without the need for changing the telephone number addressed by the incoming call. SOLUTION: An operation key of a maintenance operation purpose mobile terminal 6 is operated to enter a telephone number of a switching source mobile terminal 7 and a telephone number of a switching destination mobile terminal 8. The entered telephone number of the switching source mobile terminal 7 and the entered telephone number of the switching destination mobile terminal 8 are transmitted to a switching control center 2 via a base station A3 and a mobile communication network 1. The switching control center 2 receives the telephone number of the switching source mobile terminal 7 and the telephone number of the switching destination mobile terminal 8 under the control of a communication control section (not shown), supplies the telephone numbers to a storage device (not shown) in the switching control center 2, and the storage device stores the telephone numbers in cross-reference with each other. When a call designating the switching source mobile terminal 7 for the call destination is made, the call destination is switched to the switching destination mobile terminal 8.
