PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new benzothiazine and benzothiazine compound, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. SOLUTION: This compound is expressed by general formula (I) [R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>1a</SB>are each H, a halogen or an aklyl; R<SB>2</SB>is a H, a halogen or hydroxy; R<SB>3</SB>is H, an alkyl or a cycloaklyl; A is N and forms tetrahydropyrrolo(2,1-c) ring together with adjacent -CHR<SB>3</SB>-; and X is H, amino, amido, sulfonamido, sulfo or the like]. The pharmaceutical composition contains the compound.
