PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gangway footplate arranged between connected rolling stocks whereby a passing surface of the gangway footplate can be widened and flatness of the passing surface can be enhanced. SOLUTION: A plurality of frame bars 38 arranged along a vehicle width direction X-X and comprising an elastic material having a space therein are provided, and side surfaces of the adjacent frame bars 38 are maintained to be slidably abutted to each other. Support frames 13 and 20 positioned on both sides of the vehicle width direction X-X and rotatable along the horizontal direction are provided between the connected rolling stocks. Both ends of the respective frame bars 38 are supported by the both support frames 13 and 20 rotatably in the horizontal direction and movably in the direction perpendicular to the vehicle width direction X-X.
