LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display of a small frame that has a signal processing function of displaying images.

SOLUTION: This display has a signal processing circuit of thin-film elements, and at least a part of the signal processing circuit is formed in a region where the wiring connection section extends along a side of the substrate. The frame of this display is made small by forming the signal processing circuit outside the area, where the liquid crystal is sealed so as to effectively use the side area of the FPC-attaching section which has conventionally been a dead space.
