MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONTROL ITEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the burden of operation concerning setting/ changing of a control item in an environment wherein a plurality of (or a number of) management tools are used.

SOLUTION: A management tool 1332 controls a management object 1331 based on management definition information (control item) 1333 held therein. A user I/F part 1131 displays operation management information 36 and selects the control item and an edit type of the management tool 1332 by an instruction of a user. An edit instruction part 1134 sends the control item and edit type to an edit execution part 1334 which edits the management item. A state monitoring part 1335 monitors the state. A change detection part 1135 detects a change in state and notifies the change to the edit instruction part 1134. The edit instruction part 1134 receives this notification to instruct edit processing to the control item concerning the management object 1331.
