PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of preventing fins from being cut while keeping the performance. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises a core part 110 formed by alternately stacking tubes 111 for circulating the fluid, and the fins 112, and a side plate 113 for reinforcing the core part 110. The fins 112 has the waveform, and has bent parts 112a, approximately flat parts 112b connecting the bent parts 112a, and louvers 112c formed by raising a part of the approximately flat part 112b. The outmost fin 112c at an outermost side in the stacking direction is jointed to a side plate 113, and a cut length Lb of the outermost louver 112c at the outermost side in the extending direction of the bent part 112a is shorter than a cut length La of the other louvers 112c.
