PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub apparatus which enables the achievement of higher biomedical effect, unavailable by the acupressure or the bubble bathing in the past while being made small and compact for the excellent handling. SOLUTION: The bathtub apparatus has a feed water means treated to resist water, a flexible hose 30 which is connected to the feed water means and runs the cold water fed from the feed water means, a head part 1 having a whirling chamber provided with a water intake port which is connected to the flexible hose 30 and forms the whirl flow within the chamber by the water supplied through the flexible hose and a water delivery port so arranged as to deliver the whirl flow to form a negative pressure part and a box 70 housing the feed water means therein while the box 70 is installed being submerged in the bathtub. The water in the bathtub is fed to the flexible hose 30 by the feed water means to enable the user to carry out the suction treatment using the head part 1 sitting on the box.
