<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sitting posture training management system for early rising, which can be used in a narrow space such as a ward, an intensive care unit or a patient's own house, and enables sitting posture training to be safely and efficiently performed with good operability, so as to promote the early rising, when health manpower keeps a watch on and supports the patient to be subjected to early rehabilitation. <P>SOLUTION: This sitting posture training management system for the early rising is constituted so that a gyrosensor 20 can be mounted on the backside of an electric gatch bed 10. A liquid-crystal touch panel type monitor 40 is arranged beside the gatch bed 10, and setting input and the like are performed by using the monitor 40. A back raising angle of the gatch bed 10 is controlled by a personal computer 30, and the back raising angle of the gatch bed 10, which is detected by the gyrosensor 20, a blood pressure which is measured by an electric sphygmomanometer 60, and a pulse and SpO<SB>2</SB>, which are measured by a pulse oxymeter 70, are brought into the personal computer 30.
