METHOD FOR PREPARING COATING LIQUID FOR INKJET RECORDING MEDIUM, METHOD FOR FEEDING THE SAME AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INKJET RECORDING MEDIUM USING THESE METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coating liquid for an inkjet recording medium reduced in defects on a coating film (foam stripe, tailing, skipping and the like) caused by foam generated during coating by coating with the coating liquid have no remaining of the foam by improving or installing a method for feeding the liquid, a method for preparing the liquid and a method for defoaming, with a high void rate and no defect caused by cracking.

SOLUTION: The method for preparing the coating liquid for the inkjet recording medium is characterized by feeding a fluid dispersion for inkjet into a mixing tank wherein a defoaming apparatus is installed or actuated.
