<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toasted laver processed food suitable for e.g. simple relish using as the production raw material toasted laver and seasoning liquid containing water, and to provide a method for producing the toasted laver processed food. <P>SOLUTION: The toasted laver processed food is such that seasoning contained in the seasoning liquid penetrates into a small piece-like toasted laver body by getting dry and the toasted laver body adheres to itself or other toasted laver body to become slice-like or small mass-like. As a result of this, the toasted laver processed food has excellent crispy feeling.
