PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation ring for a baking container of cake dough, capable of uniformly baking a cake by blocking hot wind blown to the side surface of the baking container of the cake dough. SOLUTION: This heat insulation ring body 1 is composed of a hollow ring body part 2 made of a metal having a sufficient inner diameter and height to house the baking container of the cake dough and a heat insulation material 3 filled in the ring body 2 made of the metal.
