PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode tip shaping method and an electrode tip shaping tool by which the stable shaping of electrode tips can be obtained, and the service lives of the electrode tips are elongated. SOLUTION: The points of electrode tips 5 and 6 are brought into pressure-contact with each roller 4 stored in the rolling face 2a of rotated each bearing 2, each roller 4 is rolled at the points of the electrode tips 5 and 6, and the electrode tips 5 and 6 are plastic-deformed so as to be shaped. Thus, the shaping margins are made extremely small, so that the service lives of the electrode tips 5 and 6 can remarkably be improved. Further, the shaping is performed in a state where the points of the electrode tips 5 and 6 are plastic-molded, so that the stable shaping of high precision free from the generation of cutting chips and the clogging of a tool can be performed.
