METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CORRECTING WHITE SPACE DEFECT, AND METHOD FOR GENERATING CORRECTION PARAMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for correcting the white space defect.

SOLUTION: The method for correcting the white space defect comprises a step which inputs a picture data that can be used for forming a print picture, a step which analyzes the picture data in at least one direction of an opposite direction of a direction in which the picture data is carried forward for identifying a position where the white space defect is generated when the correction is not performed in the inputted picture data, and a step which changes the picture data in at least one relatively low concentration region that is related to an identified position for each identified position for forming a changed picture data by correcting the white space defect generated in at least one relatively low concentration region when the correction is not performed.
