<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement of sheets at an uppermost part when a bundle of sheets are set to a tray in a paper feeding tray. <P>SOLUTION: In this paper feeding tray, a front part of a sheet bundle 6 is always energized upward by a raising member 2 spring-energized to a tray body 1, and the front part of the sheet bundle 6 is pressed against a spring by a free end of a rotatable cover element 3. A plurality of projection parts 34, 35, 36 sequentially pressurizing a bundle of sheets from a rear end side of the sheet bundle in the middle of closing the cover element 3 are formed to the cover element 3. Because the projection parts 34, 35, 36 and 37 press a rear end side of the sheet before a free end of the cover element 3 pressurizes the sheet bundle, displacement of the sheets can be effectively prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
