PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information corresponding to positions relative to passengers getting on/off of a vehicle by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A bus 40 is provided with reader devices 41a, 41b for reading ticket identification information from tickets 20 of the passengers getting on/off, a GPS receiver 42, and a communication device 43 for transmitting ticket numbers and the positional information of the bus 40, and a bus ID or the like to an information distribution server 50. The information distribution server 50 transmits contents corresponding to the current position of the bus 40 to portable telephones 30 possessed by the passengers getting on/off of the bus 40 after filtering the contents by using keywords or the like which are set by the passengers getting on/off.
