PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trash bin using a bag body to be set on a bar provided to a bed or the like and allow a bag body such as a plastic bag to be fitted in a state of an opening being widely opened upward. SOLUTION: The trash bin using the bag body 15 to be set on the bar 14 having a crossbar member 11 and supporting members 12 arranged thereunder has a trash bin body 20 provided with a frame body 21 holding the opening 16 of the bag body 15 to be opened upward, a fixture 23 provided on part of the frame body 21 to be fixed on the crossbar member 11 and a supporter 24 provided on the same side of the frame body 21 as the fixture 23 to hold the frame body 21 abutting on the supporting member 12, and a holding member 30 fitted on the frame body 21 from above and holding and fixing a periphery of the opening 16 of the bag body 15 between the holding member 30 and the frame body 21.
