PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce foreign matters discharged to a system side from a gas compressor. SOLUTION: A baffle plate 30a is arranged to face a oil level of lubricating oil reserved in an oil reservoir 20. The baffle plate 30a has axial direction side edge length to fully cover a delivery port 19 in a projection plane of the baffle plate 30a in a direction of the delivery port 19. A baffle plate 31a is arranged in a lower stream side of the baffle plate 30a. The surfaces of the baffle plate 30a and the baffle plate 31a are covered by filter mesh 30b and 31b respectively. Gas delivered from the delivery port 19 passes through a gas bypass formed by the baffle plate 30a and the baffle plate 31a. Lubricating oil and foreign matters contained in gas flowing toward the delivery port 19 are caught in a area forming the gas bypass with the baffle plate 30a, the baffle plate 31a and a capture plate 32a when the gas passes through the bypass.
