PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate tolerance exerting an influence on an attachment force of a wiper blade to a windshield of an automobile. SOLUTION: In the device, a drive rotating axis line 12 and first degree of freedom for adjusting the part 10 for mounting a wiper arm are set, and is constituted so that the attachment force of the wiper arm can be adjusted by the first degree of freedom. The first degree of freedom is realized by a swiveling axis line 14, the swivel axis line 14 is extended in the approximately perpendicular direction to the longitudinal extending direction 16 of the part 10 for fixing, and also extended in the approximately perpendicular direction to the drive rotating axis line 12 of the mounting part.
