PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a grinding wheel for obtaining the grinding wheel for grinding having excellent sharpness in cutting and little dispersion of the sharpness. SOLUTION: In this method, an abrasive grain layer 20 is formed on a surface 10a of a substrate 10 by plating.
