PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that generally paint is poorly stuck to polyolefin resin widely used in a component such as a toilet lid, a toilet seat and a body case in which a control device etc. is stored. SOLUTION: Rubber is included in the polyolefin resin.
