PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional switch circuit apparatus that the power consumption, package size and man-hours are increased because a control terminal is provided to each FET and single control terminal formation is attempted by incorporating an inverter circuit to avoid the mount area from being increased resulting in that excessive FETs configuring the inverter circuit are required. SOLUTION: The switch circuit apparatus having a function referred to as the SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) employing one control terminal and a GaAs FET is realized without the need for the inverter circuit. Since it is not required to provide the inverter circuit, the chip size is decreased, parts count and the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the manufacturing process can be simplified.
